Irish milliner Philip Treacy used to live across the road from a village church, and it was after watching weddings that he started to design dresses and hats for his sister’s dolls. He’s come a long way since then, and his most recent collaborations have been with Ralph Lauren, Donna Karen and Rifat Ozbek for their SS08 shows.
