Jewish Museum
Berlin’s Jewish Museum has an eye-opening
exhibition this December, entitled Israel,
featuring contemporary photographic and video
work from 23 international, Israeli and Palestinian
artists, tackling the complexities and difficulties
of life in the conflict-ridden state.

Having interpreted an entire performance made

is now releasing a CD of his live show, which was

Juggling
Canada’s world-renowned circus troupe, Cirque
du Soleil, brings its new Romany-themed show,
Varekai, to Europe. Aside from the juggling,
the show will also feature some great
gymnastics, tumbling, trapeze work and
balancing acts. Having already debuted
in Antwerp, the show opens in London
on 6 January, before going onto
Amsterdam, then Berlin, Vienna and
Düsseldorf later in the year.

Juventus
The formidable Italian soccer side winter in
Malta this January. Claudio Ranieri’s team arrive
on 6 January for a week of training and a friendly
match. Look out for the kickabout on 9 January,
