PICIGIN
Dalmatia's favourite game, picigin consists of standing in the sea up to your thighs and whacking a small ball to other players as quickly as possible, throwing yourself in the water at any opportunity. Careful: the ball must not touch the water!

KONOBA TRATTORIA BAJAMONT
Don't expect slick surroundings here, for this is Split's most bohemian trattoria, full of local characters who come to eat, drink and sing. There's one small room, a few tables and a great daily menu, written on a piece of paper and stuck on a board.
