AIX-EN-PROVENCE

About 30km north of Marseille is one of France's most picturesque towns: Aix-en- Provence. A wonderful jumble of buildings and snaking roads congregate around Le Cours Mirabeau, along which numerous high-end cafés and restaurants reside, including les Deux Garçons, a one-time haunt of Paul Cézanne and Albert Camus.
