Maud's Tea Room
One of the tallest working windmills in the UK, this seven-floor edifice was built in 1819. The mill, which is well worth a visit in its own right, also has a tea room with local specialities like Lincolnshire poacher cheese and Boston sausage baps, as well as homemade soups and savouries like cheese and lentil loaf. Sweet treats include fruitcake and scones made from the mill's own organic flour. There's also a shop selling porridge oats, semolina and muesli. Lovely.
